Mindfulness Without Borders I contribute to this team in areas ranging from Rwanda to Toronto high schools. Mindfulness Without Borders facilitates educational workshops to explore mindful awareness as a way to foster peaceful and conflict resolving lifestyles. Workshops engage participants through large and small group dialogue, building on the gifts and uniqueness of local citizens. We address challenges that face personal and community restoration and we seed conversations to support a new way of thinking, one that promotes a story distinct from the past.
Inspired Future For nearly a decade now, I have collaborated with Aileen Gibb, founder of Inspired Future. Her vision and passion for change in the corporate culture has resulted in a range of in-depth leadership programs, team building sessions, and training retreats that help individuals activate, connect with and energize their personal leadership dreams. Aileen and I offer regular courses in Scotland, Banff (Alberta), and at the University of Saskatchewan.
Martha Randall and Nia Movement Martha and I have blended movement and music projects together for over two decades. I love her inclusive approach to movement and regularly team up with her.
Alan David and Small World Concerts If you live in Toronto, plug into Alan's events. He brings in world class musicians to perform in small and large venues.
